Senior Luis Lopez is a cigar roller from La Aurora, Dominican Republic and visited South Africa to demonstrate his art. The cigar he rolled was the smooth LA AURORA 1495 SERIES.
This edition pays tribute to Santiago de Los Caballeros, the Dominican land of cigar, founded in 1495 by Christopher Columbus. Made from six different types of tobacco, the Aurora 1495 Series is ideal for connoisseurs who prefer a medium to full-bodied smoke that combines a variety of aromas.
For those who have not heard about La Aurora cigars here is what they are all about: La Aurora S.A is the oldest cigarmaker in the Dominican Republic, having rolled cigars there since 1903. The new Aurora 1495 BME Dominicana, which sports a Dominican wrapper, is earthy, with orange peel and cedar flavors on the palate along with nuttyar shops.
